Heal your gut naturally and inexpensively
I will admit I have known the importance of healing your gut for many, many years. I tried many “quick fixes” trying to simply take a pill or a pink drink to make it all better. This is the culture we are in, instant gratification. However, it is important to understand that the body, much like the third-dimensional plane of existence we live in, is like a slow-motion replay of the decisions we have long already made.
That means before you see any results you are going to have to be patient. It takes longer for the body to respond to the changes and trust that you are going to stick with it long enough to see the benefit. We are re-establishing trust within the body.
